bolade 7b3fd1298d Add order, shipping dock, and transaction routes with CRUD operations and Swagger documentation 
- Implemented GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE endpoints for orders, shipping docks, and transactions.
- Added Swagger annotations for API documentation.
