feat: Implement Pinecone vector store integration

- Update config.py with Pinecone settings and model configurations
- Implement VectorStore class with Pinecone backend
- Add comprehensive vector operations (add, search, delete)
- Set up proper error handling and metadata management
- Add .gitignore for Python project
