+## Setup Instructions
+
+1. Clone the repository
+2. Create a virtual environment:
+   ```
+   python -m venv venv
+   source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows: venv\Scripts\activate
+   ```
+3. Install dependencies:
+   ```
+   pip install -r requirements.txt
+   ```
+4. Copy `.env.example` to `.env` and update the values
+5. Initialize the database:
+   ```
+   flask db init
+   flask db migrate
+   flask db upgrade
+   ```
+6. Run the application:
+   ```
+   python run.py
+   ```

+Once the application is running, you can access the API documentation at:
